     Gottfried Helnwein made this photo out to be a rock climber on someones face. It's hard to tell whether it is photoshopped or not, because it could be a small prop placed for the photo. The texture of the face seems to be fading at the nose, but its just the lighting. I'm not to sure on what the meaning of the photo but to me it's just a person climbing on another larger person's face.
